Welcomes:
Kathleen Harvie – Reception & Administration Officer
We are excited to welcome Kathleen to our Reception & Administration Team! Kathleen has many years experience in customer facing roles and is excited to start her journey in the Real Estate world! Kathleen’s first day will be Monday 18th December, welcome Kathleen!
Evie Foster – Team Manager – Team Bayly
Exciting news for Team Bayly in 2024, their team is growing with the addition of Evie coming on as Jackie and Steve’s Team Manager. Evie’s first day will be Monday 15th January, she will be based at Eastwood. Welcome Evie!
Ben Poland – Sales Associate
Joining us in January, we are welcoming Ben to our sales team as a Sales Associate to Eastwood. Please welcome Ben when you see him around the office, his first day will be Tuesday 16th January!
Farewells:
Angela and Michael Stentiford – Sales Consultants
Last week Michael and Angela made the decision that it was time for them to move on from OC after a wonderful 7 years. We thank Team Stentiford for their contribution to OC over the years and wish them luck with their future endeavours!
Courtney Hazell – Property Manager
Since Courtney’s resignation from her role in Property Management, she has been working for OC in a casual administrative capacity. Courtney will officially be finishing up with OC when we close for Christmas with her last day being 21st December. We wish Courtney luck with her future career endeavours!
Internal Changes:
Emma Doolan – Client Services Manager & Sales Systems Implementation Specialist
Emma will be taking on the additional responsibility of Systems Training in the sales space! Emma will be helping our new starters to hit the ground running and assist with our range of systems across OC.
Christmas Party
We are excited to celebrate with you all tomorrow night for our OC Christmas Party!

Just a reminder, OC does not condone drink driving. Please ensure you have made suitable arrangements to get to and from the venue. Please see attached OC’s Drug and Alcohol Policy and ensure you comply with the guidelines set out in the Policy.
Office Closure
A reminder that OC offices will be closed as of the 22nd of December and returning to the office on Monday the 8th of January (last working day is the 21st ). We will have skeleton staff working throughout this period, a few things to note if you are working alone in the office over this period:
- At any time when you are the only employee working from an Ouwens Casserly Office, the recommendation is to keep the main entrance to the office locked, to prevent any unexpected visitors from entering the office without your approval.
- Please ensure you bring your FOB with you when visiting the Eastwood office as you may require this to enter parts of the building that would otherwise be unlocked during normal office hours.
- Should you have clients visiting the office whilst you are working alone, OC believes it is reasonable for you to ask for their name and the purpose of their visit, before letting the visitor inside the office.

Verde in Athelstone
This project has been very successful with most dwellings now on hold or under contract.
Rose Park Apartments
The Coming Soon campaign is still underway with VIP appointments being booked with the OCP sales team and a few hot buyers on the go.
The Osmond
The coming soon campaign has been positively received with a few apartments already under contract. The OCP team ran their first successful VIP Event held at Khou Wine Bar for interested buyers. The Osmond will launch soon to REA to the full market with a price review – if you know of any interested buyers we highly recommend to book in an appointment with OCP team prior to the launch date.

Update
Thanks again to everyone who has supported us this year, over 30% of those applications & settlements above have been the result of an introduction from someone at OC, which we’re massively grateful for. We’re both going to be taking some time off over the coming weeks, with Sally on leave from today & returning to work from January 2nd and Mikael going on leave next Friday & returning to work on the 8th of January.
We hope everyone has a lovely holiday break over the next few weeks & are looking forward to everything 2024 has to bring!!!
