Evie Foster – Team Manager Team Bayly
Exciting news for Team Bayly in 2024, their team is growing with the addition of Evie coming on as Jackie and Steve’s Team Manager. Evie’s first day will be Monday 15th January, she will be based at Eastwood. Welcome Evie!

SECURITY & SAFETY UPDATE
For those who may not be aware, there was a terribly sad incident that occurred in our industry last year. Of course, the safety and wellbeing of our team are of the upmost importance to us and while we can’t always control everything, in light of this terrible event, we would like to take a moment to place some attention on our own workplace safety practices.
Office/Site Managers/Front of House Staff
- A reminder that when you are in the office on your own, please keep the office door closed and locked.
- If you are working at a site with duress buttons installed at the front of house desk, and are unsure how/when to activate these, please reach out.
Property Managers
- A reminder to have your safety application installed and up to date on your phone.
Sales Agents
- A reminder to ensure your emergency contact details are up to date and current in your Employment Hero File.
- **Please note the WHS committee will be rolling our further safety tools in your portfolio in the new year**

A Fresh Start to 2024
We’re back!!! Sally was back on deck last week, while Mikael started back this Monday just gone. Mikael’s availability will still be a little limited over the next couple of weeks while school holidays are on & the TDU is in town, but we’ll still be able to manage any enquiries that come through.
This week saw the release of the inflation data from November, showing that the inflation rate dropped to 4.3%, which is the lowest that it has been since January 2022 and has strengthened expectations that when the RBA meets for the first time this year on February 6th, they’ll leave the official cash rate at it’s current figure of 4.35%.
