Welcomes:
Abby Tang – Marketing Specialist
We are excited to welcome Abby who has joined our Marketing Team this week as our Marketing Specialist. Abby will be training with Shelby over the coming weeks before Shelby heads off on maternity leave. Welcome Abby!
Farewells:
Bernie Altschwager – Sales Consultant
After many wonderful years with OC, Bernie has said his goodbyes and decided it is time to move on from OC! Thank you for everything Bernie and we wish you the best of luck.
OC Quarterly Wellness Day:
We have organised a juice cart at the Eastwood office on Thursday 7th March for this quarters wellness day! The team from Love Mittie will be serving up fresh juice from 1:00pm – 3:00pm over your lunch break! Please enjoy a refreshing juice to BOOST your day!
🏓 Annual Table Tennis Tournament 2024 🏓
Table Tennis is back for 2024!
This year, our tournament will be raising money for Endometriosis Australia! The entry fee to play is $25 with registrations closing on Sunday 25th February so get onto it!
The first-round draw will be drawn on Monday 26th February. If you are matched against a non-OC participant, the onus is on the OC employee to make contact and set up a time for your match!
The Grand Final will be taking place on Wednesday 3rd of April! 🏓

Sun Safety:
As we reach the peak of the summer heat in Australia, we wanted to take a moment to chat about sun safety.
Sun protection is recommended whenever UV levels reach 3 or higher, Australian summers can regularly exceed a UV of 12-14. For our employees who spend time out and about please ensure to take the following precautions to stay sun safe:
- Wear clothing that reduces your skin exposure to the sun
- Wear a hat and sunglasses where possible
- Ensure yourself and any potential clients have access to water
- Use a SPF 30 (or higher) sunscreen
- Seek shade where possible
Please keep an eye on your skin for any new spots or changes in shape, colour or size of existing spots and if you notice anything unusual, see your doctor as soon as possible.

- There are 144 apartments listed at the old Le Cornu site on Anzac Highway. Chapleys supermarket will be the anchor tenant, with a strong focus on health and wellbeing throughout the precinct. Construction is set to begin in the middle of the year.
- Forty townhouses located across from Pasadena Foodland in Pasadena are likely to commence construction in the third quarter of this year.
- A $65 million development on Brougham Place, North Adelaide, is listed to start in April.
Verde in Athelstone
Pre-commitments have been secured for all 19 townhouses at Verde in Athelstone prior to the official launch.
Rose Park Apartments
We’ve launched Rose Park Apartments in collaboration with Amulet Property. These apartments, located in one of Adelaide’s top suburbs, offer luxury living spaces with a unique design by Loucas Zahos Architects.
The Osmond
Pre-sales have been achieved at The Osmond, with highlights including $30 million in sales in December.
