Table Tennis Grand Final

Wednesday 10th April at 5:30pm at our Eastwood Office

Join us for a night of Table Tennis, watching the finalists battle it out for the glory of being named champion of the court! Drinks and food available with all profits for the tournament and bar sales going towards Endometriosis Australia. See you there!

Amber Stott – Sales Administrator

Amber has made the decision to move on from OC, her last day was Monday 25th March. We wish Amber all the best for her future endeveours and thank her for all of her dedication and hard work throughout her time at OC!

 

Recruitment:

Property Management Referral Bonus – Q4

For referrals made in April, May, and June for Property Manager & Senior Property Manager positions, the referral bonus will increase from $1,000 to $2,000, following successful probation of the candidate. Plus, there’s no limit to the number of candidates you can refer; each successful referral will qualify for the doubled bonus!

Rose Park Apartments

Rose Park hosted a successful VIP event last month for a group of potential buyers. It was a well-attended event with a capacity crowd of 55 people. Hopefully, a few sales and a scored $3M appraisal. Ollie did an excellent job as the emcee!
