- There are 144 apartments listed at the old Le Cornu site on Anzac Highway. Chapleys supermarket will be the anchor tenant, with a strong focus on health and wellbeing throughout the precinct. Construction is set to begin in the middle of the year.
- Forty townhouses located across from Pasadena Foodland in Pasadena are likely to commence construction in the third quarter of this year.
- A $65 million development on Brougham Place, North Adelaide, is listed to start in April.
Verde in Athelstone
Pre-commitments have been secured for all 19 townhouses at Verde in Athelstone prior to the official launch.
Rose Park Apartments
We’ve launched Rose Park Apartments in collaboration with Amulet Property. These apartments, located in one of Adelaide’s top suburbs, offer luxury living spaces with a unique design by Loucas Zahos Architects.
The Osmond
Pre-sales have been achieved at The Osmond, with highlights including $30 million in sales in December.

Fresh Home Loans

- Fresh has had another great month this year with $4.7m in applications and $2.5m in settlements with the coming month set to follow suit.
- Cash rate remains at 4.35% and Inflation is sitting at 4.1% with the target set at 2% – 3% and forecasts predicting us hitting 3% in 2025 and further reduced to 2.5% by 2026.
- But interest rates are expected to drop before that target is hit with many leading economists’ predicting the first drop as early as August / September this year.
- The average interest rate for an owner-occupied home loan is 6.14% and 6.44% for investment. Fixed rates remain higher than variable rates and banks continue to move on rate independently. An increase in retention appetite has been evident lately with many lenders negotiating on rates potentially offering a lower rate than is advertised.
- Average timeframe for an approval on a purchase is 3 weeks but this is largely dictated by how quickly all required information can be provided to the lender.
- Changes to well known brands such as the People’s Choice Credit Union and Heritage Bank merger officially launching “People First Bank” today, the approval of ANZ acquiring Suncorp Bank likely to take effect over the next 12 months, and the decision by Bankwest to transition to a fully digital bank. It is likely we will see more banks and lenders follow this trend in the coming years as usage of branches continues to decline.
- Average Home Loan in SA is $519k and National average $624k.
- HOME LOAN TIP: paying $10 extra per week into an average SA home loan will save $27,790 in interest over the 30-year term.
