Farewells:
Tara Stokes – Senior Manager Property Management
Tara Stokes has made the decision to move on from OC and her last day in the business was Thursday 25th January. At this stage she is taking some time away from work before she decides on her next career move.
Tara has made a great contribution to OC over the last 4 years in her role as Senior Manager to our PM Team. Specifically, her guidance of the team through Covid, her recognition from REISA as Operational Leader of the Year in 2022, and her guidance and input across four acquisitions last year.

Jenna Renzella-Lombardi – Assistant Property Manager
After a wonderful year of becoming a new mum to Elijah, Jenna has made the decision that she will not be returning to her APM role here at OC. We wish Jenna all the best for the future.

Team Dry
We are excited to announce that as of Monday 5th February, Maddy Tan has joined Amity Dry to create Team Dry. Congratulations Maddy and Amity on this exciting step!
Dee – Jae Tubb
Dee-Jae is now officially a part of the OC Central Support Team and will be integrating with our finance team. Dee-Jae has consistently shown exceptional skills and dedication in her role. Her ability to swiftly master various responsibilities and adapt to a fast-paced environment has been truly commendable. Congratulations Dee-Jae!
Jerry Survey:
Our Q2 Jerry Survey has been released this week for our upcoming OC Conference on the 28th of February. You will be nominating a team member from Sales, Property Management & Admin/Central Support who you believe has most embodied our values (Passion, Precision, Optimism & Authenticity) this last quarter (October – December). Please make some time to complete the survey before COB on Wednesday 21st February.

‘Help Me’ Safety App:
The safety and wellbeing of our team are of the upmost importance to us here at OC. In light of the terrible event that occurred in late 2023 within our industry a reminder about the Daniel Morcombe Safety App that should be installed on all work phones in the Property Management department and is encouraged for staff members across all departments within OC.
The ‘Help Me’ app was created by the Daniel Morcombe Foundation to keep people of all ages safe in personal emergency situations.
How it works:
Pressing the ‘PUSH FOR HELP’ button sounds a foghorn-like alarm, and sends a text message to two emergency contacts. If location permissions are enabled the Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates will be included in the text.
The ‘Notes’ page assists the user in capturing details of suspicious vehicles such as vehicle registration, make, colour, shape, and the number and gender of occupants. The ‘Notes’ page provides options to send the note to emergency contacts or to save the note for later.
The ‘Help Numbers’ page lists links to emergency services nationwide, such as triple ‘000’, Crime Stoppers, Kids Helpline, Lifeline and National Missing Persons.
The Rise Conference 2024:
The Rise Conference 2024 is around the corner. Exciting news: Our very own AWO will be a panellist in one of the sessions. He’ll be speaking for approx. 6-hours non-stop!

OC Community Committee Recognition Luncheon:
The OC Community Committee toasted to their 2023 achievements at Melt Hyde Park on Thursday.
