Welcomes:

Maya Mitra – Senior Property Manager

We are thrilled to welcome Maya to the Property Management team. Maya joins OC with a wealth of knowledge in the property management field and will be joining the team on Monday 6th May. Welcome Maya!


Farewells:

Jade Cairns – Assistant Property Manager

Jade has made the decision to resign from her role as Assistant Property Manager to pursue a career in primary education, Jade’s last day with us will be Friday 26th April. We wish Jade all the best!

 

Staff Changes:

Nicole Steele – Co-Agent to Team Muxlow

From 3rd June, Nicole will be joining Team Muxlow as Co-Agent! We wish Nicole all the best with her new role at OC!

Rose Park Apartments

Rose Park hosted a successful VIP event last month for a group of potential buyers. It was a well-attended event with a capacity crowd of 55 people. Hopefully, a few sales and a scored $3M appraisal. Ollie did an excellent job as the emcee!
