Staffing Changes – Andrew Simpson – Eastwood Sales Consultant & Auctioneer

As we begin a new year, we wanted to take the opportunity to communicate a change within our Sales Leadership Team in 2024, and also acknowledge Andrew Simpson’s commitment to OC over the last few years. As most are already aware, Andrew stepped into an incredibly important space in our business, in a temporary role as Sales Manager to our Adelaide Sales Team, to assist the business whilst two of our directors, Alex & Luke, had to step away in 2022 to focus on the health of their respective family members. With Alex and Luke now having returned to the business in 2023, on a permanent basis, and with Luke’s role as Sales Director, there is no longer the requirement for a Sales Manager to be based at Eastwood.

In 2024, and having recently celebrated his 10th year at OC, Simmo will now be focusing solely on listing and selling as part of OC’s Sales Team, and any agents who were previously reporting to Simmo will now report directly to Luke Holden. The business is incredibly appreciative of all the work Simmo has put into this role during this time, particularly during such a difficult time for the business, where he was instrumental in keeping our Adelaide sales team feeling united and supported. Simmo also played a key role in the launch of OC’s Sales Cadet program during this time and with all 5 cadets across the 2 cadetships, now actively working within high-performing sales teams across the business, this is a fantastic achievement and a project he should be particularly proud of. Again, thank you Simmo, for your contribution to OC’s Sales Division, and we look forward to seeing what 2024 has in store for your Sales Business.
