We are excited to announce an internal opportunity within our Sales Administration team. As you may be aware, Sam Coleman is preparing for maternity leave which provides a contract opportunity in Sales Administration Leadership in her absence.

Position: Sales Administration Team Leader (Parental Leave Contract)

Duration: Approx. June 2024 to June 2025 (12 months)

Location: Eastwood

We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual who can effectively lead our Sales Administration team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service to our agents and clients. The Administration Team Leader plays a critical role in coordinating, coaching, and developing the sales administration team daily.

This role also supports a select group of Sales Agents, and reports directly to the Administration and Systems Manager, providing valuable feedback to continually refine processes and identify areas of improvement.

In addition to acting in the role of a Sales Administrator, key responsibilities include:

  • Be the go-to person for all administration queries, escalating to the Administration and Systems Manager when required.
  • Manage administration leave cover and workload overflow including the offshore team.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Skills:

  • Leadership experience (preferred)
  • Sales administration experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service experience
